As a First Time user, what should I do to access the Platform?

First time users should register themselves first using the Register Button on Top Right (mobile users will see three horizontal bars, press that)

They will receive a Verification Email. Please check your Spam folder in case it does not show up in your inbox even after 5 to 10 minutes. If it is in Spam, drag the same to your Inbox and verify the email. If you do not verify the email, you would not be able to use the platform.

After Verification, it is time to login, using the login button on top right. (mobile users will see three horizontal bars, press that).

Update your Profile using Edit Profile. This is very important to put in all the details there, specially Company details because that would show up in your creatives when you download. If you do not have a company, you may put in your Personal name and other personal details which you want to put in the creative.

When you Upload your Logo, t is important to maintain the logo size. It should be between 130px to 200px. If your logo is bigger or smaller, it will not be uploaded. There is a resize button near the Upload Your Logo field. You may click that to resize your logo image. Similarly, if you want to upload your photograph, it is the same as uploading the logo. Save your profile after completing all the fields. Your logo will show after you save the profile. If you do not have a logo and you want to show your own image in the creative, put your image in the space provided to upload the logo. Both Logo and Image will not appear in a creative.

You can see the Gallery section only after you login. After logging in, you go to the Gallery section. There are two heads – Animated Videos and Images. Choose any one and view the existing gallery.

First, view the creative from the Gallery section on top. Then Download the same, if you like it. When you press the Download Icon, there will be a Window Pop Up and you can click on various check boxes for all the information you want to be put up on your creative. After checking the fields you want, click the download button and the Images get immediately downloaded. The videos might take a couple of minutes to download.

Check your My Gallery section on left side section (not the Gallery section on top). In Mobile, go to My Gallery section and Scroll down to Animated Videos or Images section (whichever you have downloaded) and you shall find your personalized creative there. Download your Personalized Creative in your computer or mobile. After 30 days, it automatically gets deleted. Now it is ready to be uploaded to your various Social Media Platforms and Channels and also on Communication apps like WhatsApp, Telegram or through Email and so on.

There is a Free Trial for 7 days OR upto 3 Images and 2 Videos, whichever gets exhausted first. Say you downloaded 3 images and 2 videos in 5 minutes, then your Trial period gets exhausted. For further downloads, you have to subscribe to one of the various plans.

Number of downloads and the duration depends upon the package chosen by you. There are Super Member Packages (4 options) and Member Packages (4 options). You get a maximum period of 1 year before your package expired and you have to renew again. Alternatively, if the number of Images and the number of Animated Videos gets downloaded by you in a lesser duration than 1 year, then also the package gets expired and you have to renew. To summarize, the package expires after 1 year or after exhausting the allowable number of downloads, whichever happens first.

A member is allowed to only download the creatives which are already there in the main Gallery section.

A Super Member is also allowed to Upload any creative of his choice. This is a creative which you would want to circulate to people or upload on social media or WhatsApp but with your own personalization. Once the creative is uploaded, click the check boxes for which details you want, then download the same creative. It will show in your My Gallery section. Download the same in your computer or mobile.

To summarize, a Member cannot upload any creative, whereas a Super Member can upload his desired creative and also download the same as well as download the existing creatives in the Gallery section.

Go to your Profile section. If you are a Super Member, you will see “Upload Creatives” (under the Edit Profile). Click that and you shall reach a section where you have to select User Type (eg.Mutual Fund Advisors), File Type (whether it is an Animated Video or Images), Give a file name of your choice, Status (choose Active), File (browse the file from your computer or mobile) which you want to upload. It is important to maintain the Size and resolution of the video or images uploaded by you. If it falls outside the specified resolution or size, it will not get uploaded. Finally Save. After this, go to the Main Gallery Section (Animated Videos if you uploaded a video or Images if you uploaded an Image). It will show in the main Gallery. Choose that and download after choosing the relevant checkboxes. It will appear in My Gallery after you download personalized creative.

We are sure you would never ask for it in the first place. However, there is no refunds policy since we are giving you a Trial period to experience the Platform. Your subscription is in itself a testimony that you liked the platform and wanted to use the same. Hence there are no refunds done

You have to renew again by choosing any one of the various Payment Plans.

If you want to upgrade, you would have to again subscribe by full payment. So it is advisable to choose the best package for yourself at the beginning only.

The answer is same as Point 16 above. You would have to subscribe again to become a super member. So it is better to choose Super Member Plans if you anticipate that you would have to upload outside videos, animation or images/graphics.

If you did not download your personalized creative for 30 days, it gets automatically deleted by our servers and it cannot be recovered again. So please download your creative immediately

There are various Apps and Service Websites online which helps you do that. The are usually Free and easy to do the same.

No. When you upload a creative as a Super Member, it only shows on your Dashboard. Others cannot see what you have uploaded or downloaded.

We respect Privacy and none of your information shall be made publicly available. We will take every step to protect your data from everyone.

You may upload your logo having size between 130px to 200 px. If you want your logo to appear small on the creatives, go for 130px, if medium, go for 160px to 170 px, if big, go for 190px to 200px. Remember that neither the width nor the height should be outside of this range of 130px to 200px. Same with your photograph if you want them to be there instead of your logo.
